These tutoring sessions will be specifically designed for your young learner. I believe we all learn best when we are genuinely interested in what we are learner, so I like to incorporate your learners favorite characters into tutoring sessions. Session will include any of the following learning activities: Letter recognition Phonics Handwriting and letter formation Learning to spell and write names Sight words Story time Number recognition Counting Simple addition and subtraction Recognizing shapes, colors, and patterns Understadning and reading calendars Science discussion about nature, weather, and animals

Hi there, I am Leah! I am passionate about nature and science. I have a BA in middle childhood education with concentrations in science and math. Since college I have worked with children from preschool to high school. I am currently a work from home mom, and I've been an online educator since 2017. I believe young learners thrive when they are learning what they want to learn. Think about a time when it was easy for you to learn something? What made it easy? I know it's easy for me to learn when I follow my interests and go where my curiosity leads me. Personally, I love running, hiking, cycling, skiing, and being outside as much as possible.
