Class Experience
BEGINNER PROGRAMMING CLASS — Prior experience is not required or necessary. Learn Python, a powerful language used by sites like YouTube and Dropbox . Python uses open libraries which makes it easier to implement and learn. In this class students will get started on the basic of text based coding. This class is designed so that a student can continuously take this class and progress through an enlightening programming curriculum. We will always go at a comfortable pace with fun mini-projects to practice our new skills! Some of the Topics covered: -Syntax, Identifiers, Keywords -Data types: Strings, Integers, Floats, Boolean - Variables - Print() - User input - Iteration and loops - How to create a method - Data Structure You do not need to install python but we use an online editor which goes faster and easier. It would work well if student knows how to switch screens while using zoom. The teacher will demonstrate and explain the logic of coding first and then ask the student to follow. Each class is a private 1:1 session so my full attention will be with the student and on our daily learning goals. You need to request for this session. We will be writing our code on Google Colab. Please make or be signed into your Google account so you can write your code and save it. :-)

I consider teachers to be perpetual learners who are always expanding and changing.
