One on One Tutoring
In this tutoring class, I will support students from where they are at. I will assist with reading, writing, ESL, and phonics for kindergarten through eighth grade.

Class Experience
US Grade 1 - 4
This class will focus on helping students learn English and/or practice their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. I will cover phonics for all learners based on their level, with the class structured in a one on one tutoring session. After the first class which will focus on assessing students where they are, their will be games, slides, discussion, and lecture involved in the course. With my teaching style, I engage students as much as possible and do my best to make everything entertaining for them.
Learning Goals
Students will be able to repeat and state letter sounds and phonics skills, including blending and sounding out words.Students will be able to read and write on their level.

Parental Guidance
Occasionally, YouTube will be used to provide songs to help students who are engaged in that way. Songs will be played through a Google Slide from the teachers screen.

I am certified as a K-12 English as a second language (ESL) teacher in Maryland and New Jersey. I am a first-year teacher of ESL with 3rd and 4th grade, and student taught ESL in kindergarten through 4th grade and high school.
