Class Experience
US Grade 1 - 5
I am a special education teacher and have taught students in grades kindergarten through fifth how to read for 11 years. I am trained in the Wilson reading program, Fundations, System 44, Sonday reading program, and in Orton Gillingham strategies. I also have a reading endorsement. I will work on any areas of reading that your student needs support in, this can include reading comprehension, reading fluency, sounding out words, and vocabulary. I use many of the resources from these special reading programs that I use with the students in my classroom.
Learning Goals
Students will become fluent readers by improving their fluency, decoding abilities, and comprehension.
