One-On-One Reading Tutoring for Ages 3-14 With an Experienced Reading Tutor

What topics can I expect in your reading tutoring?
My one-on-one reading tutoring sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, ensuring that they receive the individual attention necessary to learn and grow. I am aware that every child has their own learning style, and as an experienced tutor, I adapt my teaching methods to cater to these differences. Therefore, the topics being introduced will vary child to child. A few examples are phonics instruction, syllable types, reading comprehension, letter identification, decoding, and encoding.  

How will you teach? 
Every session will be engaging and interactive. To make learning enjoyable, I incorporate a variety of engaging activities and interactive exercises. This approach not only keeps children interested but also reinforces their reading skills through practical application. Activities might include reading aloud, phonics games, and storytelling.

Will I receive feedback? 
To ensure consistent progress, I will regularly assess each child's reading abilities and provide detailed feedback to parents. This allows us to celebrate achievements and identify areas that may require additional focus, keeping parents informed and involved in their child’s learning journey.
