Class Experience
In this 30 minute class, your child will get some one on one time with a certified resource teacher with 22 years experience in the teaching field! Depending on your child's needs, we will go over letter sounds, complex sounds, reading fluidity, reading comprehension. Because this is an individualized class, it might look different for every child. No matter the child's age, anyone who struggles with reading will benefit from this session. I have been a teacher in a French school board for 22 years. I am fluently bilingual and can teach either in French or in English. As a resource teacher I currently teach children with special needs and learning disabilities. I use a personalized approach to teach reading to each of my students.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
