Do you want your learner to confidently enter their academic year in September? **Did your son or daughter miss essential language arts skills during the pandemic?** If so, drop in during an open time slot and we will get to work! ****I am so excited to offer these spots for one-on-one tutoring! The students will develop stronger language skills in phonics, comprehension, reading strategies, writing skills or another area of need. They may even become a bookworm!
Each student is different so this will vary. I generally recommend 15-20 minutes a day of practice. However, this depends on your child's age, level, and other factors.
-whiteboard/marker OR pencil/paper Parents: Depending on the age and the area of concern, I may request you to print out an alphabet chart. Also, I will send you questions about your child before our first session.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
I will assess the student in each class. I will communicate the progress made to the parent/s.
25 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
