One on One Math Tutoring. From Fractions and Algebra to Trigonometry or Precalculus.

The background knowledge that the student needs for this class is Arithmetic. I will tutor the following topics:
 Geometry: How to find the area of squares, triangles, rectangles, circles or perimeters.  Or how to find the surface area of a geometric solid, like prisms, cylinders, pyramids and cones or finding the volume of cubes, spheres, prisms or cylinders. 
Fractions: How to add, subtract, multiply or divide fractions and mixed numbers or how to find equivalent fractions, compare fractions or simplify fractions. 
Order of Operations and exponents.
Algebra: Working with integers, how to Solve for X, combining like terms, plotting points in the coordinate plane, properties of exponents, how to simplify algebraic equations or how to find the slope of a line or how to find the distance between 2 points, the Pythagorean Theorem.
Trigonometry: The six trigonometric functions, how to find the missing side of a Right Triangle and how to solve the missing side on Oblique Triangles using the law of sines or the law of cosines.  
For this class the student needs to tell me the background knowledge he or she has and what is the topic or topics that He or She needs to master.  I can use the Zoom Whiteboard and annotation tools to help the student understand the problem or I might already have a Power Point presentation on the topic the student needs to learn.
