In this course, you let me know what skills you need additional help with within the 3rd/4th grade math curriculum. We can use this time to work together and solve tricky homework problems, get ready for the next topic that is coming up or reinforce math concepts that you may be struggling with in class currently. You let me know what topics that you need help with and I will prepare the tools and strategies needed to help you succeed! If it’s homework help you need, I am happy to assist and break down those (often times) wordier problems into manageable steps. I can also provide additional practice problems that go along with your homework for guided and reinforced practice. Some examples of topics we could cover are: place value and rounding, factors/multiples, multi-digit multiplication and division, equivalent fractions, comparing/adding/subtracting fractions, converting improper fractions and mixed numbers or converting units of measurement.
