Learners will receive 30 minutes of one on one math instruction tailored to their interests and focused on areas where they need more guided support to reach mastery. I will work with you to create a lesson just for your child. I will incorporate many different types of learning styles, especially using the way your child learns best. Your child and I can do math art, sing, exercise and move, and play games together to help strengthen their understanding of math! Each class booked will be different because each child is different and has different needs! This is the perfect class to ensure your child is meeting grade level standards and learns to love math! I recommend booking this class at least 72 hours in advance to give time for communication and preparation.

Students will strengthen their understanding of the math concept or concepts agreed upon by the parent and teacher.

Hi! My name is Erin Miller. I have taught in a variety of settings from public elementary school, university model schools, homeschool, tutoring, and online. I love teaching math and reading! One on one tutoring is one of my favorite ways to teach because it allows me to meet the specific need of the student. I think math and reading should be fun to learn! I love to incorporate music, art, and games into my classes. The more fun kids are having the more they are learning! A little about me outside of the classroom... I am a mama to three year old twins and 6 month old twins! My husband, kids, and I live in the country so we love to garden and be outside.
