Class Experience
Beginner - Intermediate Level
One-on-one drawing session! Explore drawing animals using simple shapes, adding shading to make drawings more realistic, and using the elements of art to sharpen your drawing skills. The session will start with a short conversation to establish the learners’ confidence level and what they want to learn. I will demonstrate a technique related to what they wish to achieve. I will guide them and provide encouraging, constructive feedback as they draw! As we wrap up our time, I will suggest and encourage other drawing activities for further independent practice and/or another private lesson. Animals we can draw include: dogs, horses, cats, dolphins and so many more! If you choose to enroll (which I hope you do!,) please message me with what your learner would like to draw most! This allows me to personalize the session and prepare ahead of time.@ This one-on-one session can be a one-time orreoccuringg. (Auto-scheduled times are available here for your convenience. Feel free to message me if you want to arrange another time.)
Learning Goals
Every session will look different due to the individual learner's needs. I aim for your learner to leave this class having had a boost in confidence in their drawing skills and more techniques and drawing exercises in their drawing toolkit.Other Details
Supply List
Materials - Paper (Sketchbook or printer paper) - Pencils. #2 or HB pencil - Eraser - Pencil sharpener Optional Materials - Ruler - Pencil set (for example, a 2H - 6B set) - Blending stump (Alternative: q-tip or tissue) + Any drawing they wish to share if they feel comfortable!
