US Grade 1 - 4
In this fun class, students will learn to write and practice cursive. We will start with the letter A and go through Z. Once that is finished, we will make full words. Then end class with complete sentences. Each student will get to see how the lowercase and the uppercase letter is created with a cool video. The teacher will also show the students how the letter is properly written. Then the student will write the letter and practice it. Finally, they will each get to show off their letter to the class and the teacher. My friend, "Bob the Monkey" will be here to cheer the students on! Each student will get to interact and share it with me. Students will need a pencil and notebook paper. Cursive is so much fun when working with me. The short clips on the letters make the visual of cursive writing easy to learn. The fun we have in class makes learning cursive cool! I cannot wait to meet my students! By the end of class, students will enjoy writing cursive. They will write their names and focus on the harder letters. Students will make complete sentences and will have access to the whiteboard. If students need help with writing homework in cursive, we can also focus on that. This is a one-on-one class and will be lots of fun!
