Students will understand the importance of shading, coloring, and using different shapes and textures in their pixel art. They will improve their drawing ability and sometimes, even their ability to animate.

You will need a computer or tablet. I highly recommend using a mouse instead of a touch screen or stylus.
After each class, I will provide constructive criticism to the learner to tell them how they succeeded and what they can improve on.
55 minutes per class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will use pixilart.com, a free pixel drawing website: https://www.pixilart.com/draw?ref=home-page While not required, I have spent much more time using Aseprite so if you have this or would like to get it in the future, please do: https://www.aseprite.org/
