Description
Class Experience
This math tutoring session will help students struggling with math concepts. My goal is to make math fun for each learner! We'll find strategies to help with memorization and learn the steps to solving difficult math problems. We will build a foundation of math concepts to ensure students will move forward with confidence. Have homework that you are struggling with? Bring it to our session and we'll work on it together. Students will improve in math concepts that they are finding challenging. Students will build confidence in their math skills and hopefully develop a love of math!
I am a credentialed teacher in the state of Arizona that has over 13 years experience teaching elementary, junior high math and high school math. My goal as a teacher is to make learning fun and inspire a love of learning in each student I work with. I have supported students as a math interventionist throughout my many years of teaching. I have done small group and one-on-one tutoring specifically focused on Pre-Algebra & Algebra. If your child is struggling, I'm here to help!
Strongly encourage practicing the math skills we review together throughout the week. I can supply practice worksheets when requested.
