This course is designed to help students (K-5) close academic gaps, reinforce learned skills and concepts, or simply enhance their academic skills. I can also assist with homework and any remote learning needs. Parents will communicate the needs of their child with the teacher ahead of time so that I can prepare material to meet the learning needs of the student. Topics or areas of need may include subject areas such as reading, writing, phonics, grammar, math, science, social studies, etc. I've also prepared lessons to assist students with life skills such as organization or simple study skills. I am an energetic teacher and I prepare lessons that are engaging and that allow students to interact. Students may interact with me through slideshow presentations, games, discussions, video clips, etc. No required experience or knowledge is needed.
