Class Experience

In this on-going class, your child will be able to have some relaxing fun listening to a mixture of books chosen with them in mind. After each class, I will introduce a simple craft activity to go along with the story of the day. Sometimes, there will be slides after the story. This is a fun way to check for comprehension. I can’t wait to see your child in my classroom!

This class is taught in English.

*Students will listen and recall information.
*Students will complete a fine motor craft activity.
*Students will engage with friends.

*I am an experienced elementary reading teacher and have a great love for children’s literature and being able to incorporate books into all subject areas. I want my students to be excited about reading/writing and I feel that my passion comes thru in each story I tell!

*Supplies will be listed for each individual class.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Parental guidance will be needed at times as we will be using scissors, glue, paint, etc.
