This single-meeting one-on-one is for students who are up to the challenge of mixed-math word problems! These will include all four mathematical operations of multiplication, division addition and subtraction.

Description
Class Experience
This class will allow students to practice various word problems including all four mathematical operations.
I have a patient teaching approach and strongly believe in specific verbal praise and positive correction. I hope to build students' confidence and inspire them to learn. As a teacher, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a child engage and progress in their learning!
Students are encouraged to have paper and a pencil to jot down calculations as needed. If it does not appear to be overly time-consuming or distracting, I may welcome students to write calculations on the screen using the "annotate" feature in Zoom.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
I use a shared screen with PowerPoint slides to deliver the lesson content.
