The aim of this class is to provide a low-pressure environment for your student to gain fluency and confidence reading out loud. Your student and I will take turns reading "Dormouse Snormouse," a story of a dormouse with hopes to migrate instead of hibernate! This reading is aimed toward level 1-3 readers (DRA level 18-34 or GRL level I-O). I have a patient teaching approach and strongly believe in specific verbal praise and positive correction. I hope to build students' confidence and inspire them to learn. As a teacher, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a child engage and progress in their learning!
