On-Going Logic Club for Gifted Learners

Learners should enjoy being challenged, and not become easily discouraged if they can not solve a problem quickly and easily. In this class, I will have a different type of logic puzzle each week. #superstar

Class Experience

All logic enthusiasts are welcome! If the learner has been in my other Logic Club, they are still invited to this group, which will have different logic challenges. You might even see some familiar faces there. I look forward to sharing my puzzles with you and challenging your thinking.
This class is designed for higher level thinkers that need a challenge in their learning. The teacher's background is in teaching gifted students in a pull-out program.
In each class, students will work together to solve puzzles that are logic based. They will share their strategies with each other to solve the problems. Students will rely on each other to share their thought processes so that they can learn different strategies than they may have otherwise used. Puzzles will be displayed on a slide show and we will work through them as the class progresses. Learners will share their answers via chat box with the teacher only so if they do not have the correct answer, they can try again without anyone else knowing that they gave an incorrect answer.
One learner that solved the puzzle correctly will be asked to share their answer. Discussion will ensue, with others sharing how they came to that answer.
Class topics will be added as time progresses.
