In this on-going class , the students will learn about a new winter object. The students will be shown a real picture of a winter object that we are talking about. The students can tell the class what they like about that winter object. The students will be making a new winter object art project with oil pastels. I will be doing the art projects with the students. At the end of the class, the students can show their art project to the class. Week of January 8th: Winter tree: The students will be making a winter tree with oil pastels . Week of January 15: Snowman: The students will be making a small and big snowman with oil pastels. Week of January 22nd: Winter lights: The students will be making colourful winter lights with oil pastels. Week of January 29th: Northern lights: The students will be a colourful northern lights with oil pastels.

Please supervise your student when they are doing their art projects by making sure you are not on the camera.

I am a proud and passionate Preschool educator. I have a natural love of teaching and bring patience and enthusiasm to the classroom. I have a great pleasure in helping students reach their developmental milestones.
My philosophy is that students' interests matter and they learn best when they have an effective relationship with their educator. I believe that students learn and strive at their own pace. I make learning fun and stimulating while focusing on the development milestones. I attempt to make learning play based , hands -on experience and child led . I have a great enjoyment to make classes play based, hands- on experience , child - led and engaging for each student . The students will build self- confidence and a sense of self- esteem in my classes. I do ensure a successful and smooth transition to Kindergarten.
