Class Experience
By the end of this one-time class, learners should know: ✅ What the urinary system does for our bodies ✅ Why the urinary system is important ✅ The parts of the urinary system ✅ How the urinary system is impacted by other body systems ✅ What happens when our urinary system isn't working properly
I am a Registered Nurse with 10 years of nursing experience.
▪ 4 cans of play doh (4 different colors) ▪ 3 printouts (provided once enrolled in class) ▪ Matching activity ▪ Fill in the blank activity ▪ Template for play doh activity ❗️If your are unable to print the activity sheets that is ok! We will be completing them on screen, so that those that don’t have the sheets can participate as well.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
🛑 This class is teaching about the human body. There will be illustrations and animations throughout the lesson of internal organs. No real-life images will be used due to the sensitive nature.
