Bonjour! This class is an introduction to the French language for learners ages 8-12. We will cover basic clothing vocabulary in French. This interactive class will be taught using visuals/props, repetition and voice variation, google slides, as well Bingo to help engage learners and help them retain what they've learned! Students will have the opportunity to speak throughout the session, so a microphone is recommended. Students will be provided with a Bingo sheet (PDF) to be printed out...
Students will learn the basic clothing vocabulary in French, such as shirt, pants, shoes and hat. We will play Bingo at the end to review in a fun way!
A one-page PDF Bingo card will be provided to be printed out. Alternatively, learners can request the on-line link so they can play on their device instead. Please have markers (such as coins) or writing utensils ready to mark off the vocabulary as I call it out.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
