Ocean Layers
Objective: Learn about the different zones of the ocean.

The Water Cycle and the Ocean
Objective: Explore how oceans play a role in the global water cycle.

Ocean Currents and Waves

Other Details
Parental Guidance
Throughout the class students will be expected to use scissors for cutting and for a couple of projects, vinegar and baking soda. If you are uncomfortable with your child using any of these materials, they will always be able to watch as I go through the specific project for that day. They may also be able to complete the project after class, with adult help by watching the replay.

After graduation I taught one year in 2nd grade before moving to join the kindergarten team for 5 years. I decided to leave the classroom when my first son was born but my passion for teaching and learning have never dissipated.
