Class Experience
In learning American history, students often learn about well-known presidents such as Washington, Jefferson or Lincoln. However, some lesser known presidents had great impact on history, which is often forgotten over time. In this one time class, we will explore the accomplishments of one such president, James Garfield. Garfield was also president for four months before he was assassinated and he died two months later. However, his death changed the public's relationship with his presidency....
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
