Class Experience

What is exactly in those proceed food bags you are eating? Does anyone really know what those ingredients mean?

In this one-time class, we will dive deep into the world of ingredients. We will examine ingredients that are found some of the most popular snack food items.
Did you know that butane is found in a very popular brand's chips?

Unfortunately we are surrounded by quick food that is full of chemical ingredients.
The earlier we can teach the importance of healthy eating and how to care for our bodies, the better choices we can empower our children to make. It is true, we are what we eat.

This class will be very educational and deep. We will get very detailed into these ingredients, what they really are, and what it can do to our bodies.
We will also look at what better options can be made when we really want to splurge on some the goodies found in the store and at friends' houses.

*Please note that if your student can be sensitive to certain topics about health and disease then this class may not be the best choice for them.
