Students will meet each week to discuss the different food groups and their benefits. Each meeting will focus on a different food group or topic related to our healthy plate. Meeting 1: Fruits and Vegetables: We will discuss different foods in each food group. We will also discuss why these groups are important, and why we need to eat them.
