Description
Class Experience
This is a perfect class for beginning American Sign Language students to build their skills. It is recommended (but not required) that learners who wish to take this class first take an ASL Alphabet class where they learn the signs for each letter in the alphabet. Look for my class entitled "Animal Alphabet" and consider taking that class first. Students will learn how to sign numbers 1-100, agility exercises and finger games to improve accuracy and speed.
If a student intends to continue learning ASL, it is recommended they practice numbers and letters 10-15 minutes each day to improve accuracy and speed.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
