Nouns, Pronouns, Verbs, Adverbs and Adjectives FLEX Class

In this 5 week Flex class, students will learn and become more confident with the beginning parts of speech for young learners. Each week I will post a new video of the material for that week followed by a link to interactive worksheets and games that can be accessed any time throughout the course for review and practice. Videos will show me teaching the new material via PowerPoint presentation and a worksheet will be provided to follow along with. After each problem I will pause to let you stop the recording and the answer the problem.  Once unpaused I will show the answer and how I arrived at that answer. Each week we will focus on one section to get a thorough understanding of each part.

Breakdown of the class schedule:
Week 1 - Nouns
Week 2 - Pronouns
Week 3 - Verbs
Week 4 - Adverbs
Week 5 - Adjectives

By the end of the class, students should be able to confidently break down a sentence showing the different parts of speech that were learned.  Kids will also be able to interact with one another using the exciting Flipgrid platform where they can record and share short videos pertaining to the class and how to solve problems as well as tips and tricks they might use. Games can be played on the interactive Kahoot platform.
