In this one-to-one 45 minute class, the student will learn how to maximize the use of their Apple Pencil on an iPad for notes, drawings, and annotations using the Apple Notes app.

This class is taught in English.
The student will learn skills and strategies to effectively use the Apple Pencil and Apple Notes on an iPad for productivity and creativity.
Karen Bosch is a recently retired teacher with over 4 decades of teaching both in the elementary classroom and with PreK - 8 students using iPads, Mac Computers, and other technology tools. She has vast experience with designing technology learning experiences for students geared for their age level and needs. Her passion is to help students unlock their creativity using iPads and other technology devices - not just play games and watch videos! She is an award-winning educator and has been recognized as an Apple Distinguished Educator and Michigan Technology Using Teacher of the Year.

Karen has years of experience using the Apple Pencil for her personal productivity, learning, and creativity. She received grants so that her students would have Apple Pencils to use in the classroom and has experience teaching them all the best tips and tricks!
An iPad
An Apple Pencil 1 or 2 
Apple Notes and Safari (comes already installed on iPads). 
Please make sure your iPad is updated to the latest OS, otherwise, some features may not work and your screen might look different when the teacher demonstrates.
Please be sure your Apple Pencil/iPad is fully charged and is paired to your iPad. 
A separate computer or device where the student can view the lesson on Outschool Zoom.
For this class, you will need an iPad and either an Apple Pencil 1 or 2. We will be using Apple Notes and Safari which are already installed on your iPad.
