In this 3-day class, we will be discussing the sixth book in the Notebook of Doom series. We will follow Alexander and his friends as they battle crazy monsters that are invading their town! Class will consist of instructor-directed discussion. Discussion topics will include the reader's favorite moments in the story, parts of the story they found scary, or who their favorite characters were and why. We will also be talking about different literary terms as we find them in the story. The class will conclude with a review of our feelings and opinions as we decide if we would recommend this book to a friend. We will create our own monsters to present on the final day of class! There's a special notebook page attached below for your creation! Psst! You don't have to read the previous books in order to enjoy this one!

Each student needs a copy of The Notebook of Doom - Pop of the Bumpy Mummy and don't forget to grab your printable book report and literary elements in the classroom!
