In this fun and useful course, students will learn all about note taking. We will talk about why it is important to take notes, different types of note taking, and most importantly...how to take notes effectively! Students will learn about the following: What is note taking? Why is note taking important? How to take notes using electronics or pen and paper How to organize my notes and thoughts What do I need to write down or highlight/what do I need to leave out What is the best way to RETAIN the notes I am taking This course will be very interactive. We will do a review at the end of the course and will practice reading a passage and taking notes in order to reinforce what is learned throughout the course. No prior experience on note taking is required

Hello Explorers!
I am always ready for adventure and love working with all of my students. I teach an assortment of classes from fishing, the internet, English, games, you name it. I focus most of my classes on communication with my students and work to grow their confidence while having fun. As a child, I loved drawing, writing stories, and keeping busy. As I grew up, I alway kept my imagination and wanted to keep having fun! I have my TESOL certification and experience teaching English to students across the world from behind the screen. I provide a comfortable space in our online classroom and encourage all learners to join in on the conversation or activity.
