Unlock the secrets to successful note-taking and unleash your potential for academic excellence with this class tailored for beginners. Note-taking is a fundamental skill essential for academic success, effective learning, and information retention. In this engaging and interactive course, students will learn the foundational principles and techniques of note-taking, empowering them to capture, organize, and synthesize information effectively across various learning environments.

Using a step-by-step approach, students will develop essential skills and strategies to enhance their learning experience and achieve academic success.

Students will be introduced to a new way of thinking about note-taking and learn how to “customize” their notes in a way that works for them. I am a home school mom of 3. I've been homeschooling since 2007, when my oldest started kindergarten. I've taught many classes to homeschooled kids through different co-ops and online.
I teach various classes in history, social studies, math, programming, and zen doodling. I have been Zentangling and drawing mandalas for about 10 years.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Education with a focus on Instructional Technologies. I was a software engineer before making the move to stay home and homeschool my kids.
