Class Experience

US Grade 7 - 10
In this class, we will focus on Non-Fiction texts. We will review comprehension questions and well as learn tools to use while we are reading to help retain the information read. I love to teach and am high energy as well as calming to students that may be feeling timid at first. We will be reading out loud to each other and focusing on our comprehension. I look forward to reading with your student.

This class is specifically designed for students with special needs. These books are on a 1st-3rd grade reading level. Students are able to read with the teacher or may listen and join in the discussion. Please let me know your students reading abilities before class.

Alternative ways of communication are welcome. Please let me know if your student needs communication accommodations.
