Nocturnal Animals In this fast paced, teacher-led class, learners will complete a full day curriculum with a nocturnal animals theme, in fifty five minutes. The nocturnal animals we will talk about are owls, bats, and raccoons. Various digital techniques will be used to enhance learning and to help keep the children engaged. I include a lot of material and information throughout the lesson. Some material might seem advanced, but I include it anyway. In my experience, 5 -8 year old learners...

In 55 minutes, students will learn... a lot! Students will learn about three nocturnal animals: owls, bats, and raccoons. They will count, add, subtract, learn patterning, eat a virtual snack, move like bats, sing songs about nocturnal animals and much more.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Learners will be cutting pictures from the printed worksheet so parental guidance might be necessary if your child needs help with that.
