In this class we will be teaching beginner Jiu-Jitsu techniques. We will begin by covering basic techniques such as: -Proper stances -Movement -Positions -Stretching -Practice drills Week 1: -Stances -Movement -Positions Week 2: -Penetration step (Shot) -Sprawl -Back Control Week 3: -Double leg Takedown -Single leg Takedown -Back-Break-Fall Week 4: -Front-Break-Fall -Side-Break-Fall -Basic submissions
Learning Goals
The goal of this 4 week training program is to introduce students to the techniques used in Jiu-Jitsu and to give them a basic understanding of them so that they are more confident when trying an in-person Jiu-Jitsu class

Parental Guidance
I recommend parents oversee classes. If they are unable to attend, I would ask that they provide their student with enough room where they can work the moves being shown where they are not going to hit into any furniture or walls.
