Ingredients: 14oz can sweetened condensed milk 12 oz can evaporated milk About 1/2 cup lime juice, about 5-6 (about 10 of the tiny key limes) limes halved to juice--we will juice during class (can use bottled if needed) About 1.5 sleeves Goya Brand Maria cookies, I find these at Aldi for about 70 cents a sleeve, Walmart has a version too several sleeves in a bigger package. If these are too hard to find in your area, plain graham crackers work well! Materials: Blender Rubber Spatula 1 Tablespoon Measuring Spoon About 8 small glasses or small dishes for serving, Small plastic punch glasses work great too! Plastic Wrap Optional: Apron, towel to wipe hands, tray or cookie sheet to help assemble and transfer cups, Whipped Topping and Lime Juice to top refrigerated desserts
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

On a mission to prove kids can cook, and that it's ok to get messy, try hard, and have fun!
