Kids will learn a variety of foundational yoga poses that build gross motor skills.
Class instructions enhance listening skills, attention, and focus. 
Breathing and relaxation techniques promote mindfulness, emotional regulation, and a sense of calm.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
By joining this class, you declare that you/your child is physically fit and ready to participate in yoga classes and understand that yoga, as with any physical activity, may involve some risk of injury. If at any time you/your child feels discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is your responsibility to consult with your child's physician with respect to any past or present injury, illness, health problem or any other condition or medication that may affect your child's participation. 

You will need an open workout space, slip proof socks or bare feet, a mat or carpet, and active-wear clothing for the class.
