Class Experience

In this high energy ninja class students will learn Mixed Martial Arts, personal safety, and anti-bullying techniques.
Each class will incorporate 4 parts; a warm up, upper body techniques, lower body techniques, and a floor chat.
Classes will start with a warm up, leg and upper body stretches, with preparation of the mind and body for fitness.
Next, students will start with an introduction of the target skills, using items found in the house to use as practice. Then, kicks will be introduced, along with various lower body strikes. Finally, a floor chat will guide students in many areas of safety, including things such as "Stop, Leave Me Alone," or "Stop, Look, Listen."
Classes will finish with a game, such as a race, board breaking, or an obstacle course.
