Are you ready for Halloween? Well, Jack and Sally from Disney's Nightmare Before Christmas are!! 

In this 50-minute directed drawing lesson, students will learn how to draw each magical and interesting character, step by step. 

Some time will be given at the end of class to color our drawings together while we listen to some spooky tunes from the amazing movie, The Nightmare Before Christmas.

I am looking forward to helping your child create drawings that they are proud of and will inspire them to draw more after the class is over!

My name is Lori Costa and I have been an elementary school teacher for over 24 years. In addition, I have been teaching online for three years with private, small group, and large group classes. I specialize in teaching phonics, reading, writing, and art. 
I have my Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Children and the Arts. I also have my Multiple Subject Credential with CLAD emphasis.
I have three amazing kids of my own, who range in age from 10 to 19. My husband and I love to travel with our kids and make fun memories together. Trips to the beach are my favorite!
I plan to teach a variety of lessons that incorporate music, movement, art, reading and writing to reach all types of learners. 
My philosophy of teaching is to make a personal connection with students throughout each lesson and encourage them every step of the way, instilling a life long love of learning!
