In this one-time class, we will examine the lives of Florence Nightingale and Clara Barton through a PowerPoint presentation. A discussion of the similarities and differences in the careers of these nurses will be documented. They were trailblazers in the field of medicine. Students will be encouraged to participate and ask questions but it will not be required.
