35 mins in-class hours per weekClass Experience
In this class we will talk about our bedtime routines. This is a great class for any children that are reluctant to go to sleep because we will all be saying goodnight to each other. (Kind of like when you leave the park with the other families so your child has an easier transition.) We will read some fun books, sing some softer songs and read some quiet bedtime stories together. This will help to establish a bedtime routine for your child and make the transition to bed easier. Through this class your child will practice listening and expanding their attention span, discussing books read (listening comprehension skills) and we will compare and contrast our routines to other students as well as comparing our experiences and feelings to those in the books we will read.
Learning Goals
- Everyone has different Bedtime routines
- What is the same and different about some routines
- Listen and discuss various books together
- Sing a variety of songs
-Discuss ways we can help our mind, body, and breath to calm down
