This personalized 1-on-1 session is designed to support your learner as they prepare for important milestones in their academic or personal journey—whether it’s a school entrance interview, job interview, essay writing, or any other step that requires confidence, clarity, and strong communication skills.

Each session is fully customized to meet your learner’s needs. Before we meet, you’ll have the chance to share your goals so we can jump right in. During our time together, I’ll provide coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback in a safe, encouraging environment where learners are empowered to grow.

What will be taught?
	•	Interview skills and strategies (mock interviews included)
	•	Essay writing and editing for applications, contests, or classes
	•	Resume building and personal branding for teens
	•	Public speaking and communication confidence
	•	Personalized support for academic or career goals

Topics may include (depending on learner needs):
	•	How to answer common and challenging interview questions
	•	Structuring essays with strong hooks, themes, and conclusions
	•	Writing about personal experiences with clarity and impact
	•	Preparing a confident elevator pitch
	•	Setting goals and mapping out steps for success

How is the class structured?
Each session is 1-on-1 and fully tailored to the learner. We’ll begin with a short check-in to set the goal for the session. The rest of our time will include coaching, skill-building activities, and actionable takeaways. Homework or follow-up work is optional and can be provided upon request.

How will I teach? What’s my style?
I take a supportive, mentor-based approach. I lead with encouragement and aim to build both skills and self-belief. My teaching style is interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate—whether your learner is in middle school or high school. I use a mix of guided discussion, role-playing (for interviews), writing exercises, slides, and real-world examples.

How much will learners get to interact with me?
A lot! This is a fully interactive session where learners will engage directly with me throughout. We may use games, mock interviews, brainstorming sessions, or visual tools, depending on the topic. I aim to create a conversational, focused, and fun learning environment.
