Class Experience

As a fun way to play with the life skill of planning for and dreaming about a new year, I've created New Year's Wishes, a class where students will have the opportunity to dream about what they'd most love to have happen in 2023 through the process of journaling.

Then students will select 1-3 favorite wishes from what they've written.

We'll then cut out paper snowflakes and write our wishes on the snowflakes!

Then they can keep their stars all year long to remember their wishes, and look back at the end of the year to see which came true.

This will be a fun way for studetns to connect over Winter Break and share some of their dreams.

Now, more than ever, I believe students need opportunities to practice their creativity and self-reflection in a way that supports hope and connection.

I hope you can join us!

As a life coach, writer, and teacher, I love creating opportunities for students to reflect and explore their own inner thoughts and dreams through writing. Right at the beginning of a New Year feels like a special time to do that, and to get to celebrate and connect with other students.
