Challenge your learners to put their skills of adding and subtracting to the test with this exciting digital escape room activity. Designed around common core math, students will complete puzzles to open many doors and escape the virtual environment.

This class is a challenging escape room. Having students work in groups will help them with the tasks. I can also help them when they get stuck or run out of time.

To complete the four puzzles in this digital escape room, students must know about:

Grade 3

Intro to multiplication: 3rd grade
1-digit multiplication: 3rd grade
Addition, subtraction, and estimation: 3rd grade

This class is a great cooperative learning activity for students to complete in groups. This escape room can also be done by individuals as an enrichment or review activity, for homework, or as a fun rainy day activity. I have many versions of this for repeated lessons.
