Lessons use a strength-based approach to equip learners with tools to help them navigate challenges and grow in autonomy, confidence, and self-esteem. Learners will gain age-appropriate social-emotional skills in the areas of self-advocacy, self-management, social awareness, self-awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.
Welcome! I am Dr. Syreeta. I love helping learners develop the emotional skills and confidence they need to thrive socially and academically. My training is in clinical psychology with a focus on parent-child attachment and family therapy. My Outschool classes are not therapy or a medical service.
Parental guidance is not required for this course. Parents should be aware that this course provides educational content and skill development and is not therapeutic in nature.
