Class Experience

The focus of the class will be on understanding why and when anger arises and also practicing skills that can help us when we feel this way. The class will be multimodal and incorporate many instructional strategies. We will use short educational videos, discussion, and guided practice to better understand these topics. 

We discuss some of the concerns facing tweens and teens that can lead to anger. We will also spend some time identifying our triggers and realizing how anger can build. All the while, discussing various ways to respond to feelings of anger and situations that we may face. 

There is no prior experience needed for this class.  All are welcome!
