Colors are all around us; we can see them from red to violet. They are part of what is called the electromagnetic spectrum, but people are only able to see a small portion of this spectrum. I hold a BS degree which gives me a solid foundation in the sciences. I also have homeschooled my three children, and during their high school years we focused on the subjects of earth and physical sciences.
