In this one-time course which is based on another class of mine, Nature Meditation for Elementary School Students, we will participate in a guided meditation practice involving a scene in nature.

After teaching my Nature Meditation for Elementary School Students class since 2020, I realized from parents that they were also interested in having their children in higher grades participate as well. For this reason, I have created this class. I have done meditation since I was ten years old, and i have been teaching meditation on Outschool since 2020.
If a learner likes, they may have blankets or pillows. Learners may sit or lie down during the meditation, or some even choose to stand.
