Description
Class Experience
Week 1: -plenty of leaves and flowers collected from outside to press between books as well to trace -books to place the leaves and flowers in over several weeks so they can press and dry ( the heavier the books, the better the pressing results!) -paper (can be printer paper, newspaper, etc) to layer between the plants when pressing Week 2: -paper -drawing utensils (markers, pencils, crayons, etc.) Week 3: -household objects to create 3-D plants out of (examples: pencils, paper clips, rubber bands, pipe cleaners, pom-poms, string, clips, bottle caps, cardboard, toilet paper rolls, ribbons, empty plastic bottles, etc.) -scissors and/or glue (optional) Week 4: -paper -glue stick -pressed plants from week 1
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
