A multi-day course, where learners will create unique craft- arts using natural materials and art supplies

Class Experience

Nature Craft is a series of  arts & nature-based learning experiences especially designed for the  children aged 6-10 to cultivate a relationship to the natural world by means of craft-art projects.   This course utilizes materials that are readily accessible in the child’s natural environment as well as materials that can be sourced locally. Materials can be sourced by art & craft stores and from natural terrains; such as parks, and neighborhood outings.

A resource and suggested material list will be provided in the classroom after registration; however, the basic materials needed are an array of natural botanicals, floral wire and a collections of ribbons or twine or string/yarn- and basic art supplies

3 hours 45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Parental Guidance needed for use of scissors and wire wrapping and twisting for our mother earth crowns
